The charter price includes the boat rental, a licensed captain, fuel, life jackets, and basic refreshments. Additional services such as special decorations are available for an extra fee.
You can book a charter through our website by clicking the “Book Now” button, or you can contact us directly by phone or email to make a reservation.
We operate daily from 6am to 8pm, weather permitting. Special arrangements can be made for early morning or late evening charters.
All boat charter guests are picked up at the Lynnhaven Boat Ramp and Beach Facility. The address is 3576 Piedmont Cir, Virginia Beach, VA 23455. Please note there is a $4 parking fee per vehicle.
No, to keep things smooth and stress-free during our busiest weekends, a holiday rate adjustment of +50% applies to the following high-demand dates:

Booking & Payment
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and online payments. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be refunded 50%.
All charters booked for 1–6 passengers are strictly limited to a maximum of 6 guests onboard. If a group arrives with more than 6 passengers without prior approval, the charter will be cancelled and a 50% refund will be issued. Call us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
To request an increase in passenger count, you must contact us at least 48 hours prior to your charter. We will do our best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed that we can adjust the passengers allowed. If we are unable to meet the request, standard cancellation policy applies.
During The charter
We recommend bringing sunscreen (no spray sunscreen please), hats, sunglasses, towels, flip flops, a light jacket, and any personal items you may need.
Feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages, though basic refreshments are provided. Alcohol is BYOB.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are allowed, but please drink responsibly.
Passenger & Count Info
Per U.S. Coast Guard regulations, our tiki boat can accommodate up to 6 passengers on a standard crewed charter.
Groups of 7-12 can be accommodated, but they require a bareboat charter.
A bareboat charter is a boat rental where you take full control of the vessel, it is required by the USCG for groups of 7 or more (including children).
You’re responsible for signing a bareboat charter agreement. Selecting and paying a USCG-licensed Captain, you can provide your own, or use one of ours (don’t worry, we have a list).
Passenger selected Captains will need prior approval. You will also provide your own food, beverages, and day of supplies, safety gear will be on the boat. We provide the boat, you run the show!
Charterer must be at least 21 years of age.
Bareboat Charters require their own day of insurance policy. We use a third party site called Buoy and rates are normally around $25 per hour (younger passengers may have higher rates).

Safety & Regulations
Yes, we provide life jackets for all passengers. Life jackets are required to be worn the duration of the charter for children 12 and under.
Your safety is our top priority. If the weather conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your charter or provide a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely and will notify you as soon as possible if there are any concerns.
Special Requests
Absolutely! We offer various add-ons and customization options, including decorations and a griddle style grill. Please let us know your preferences when booking.
Yes, we have special packages for events such as birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, and more. Contact us for details and to discuss your specific needs.
Onboard AmenitIES
Our boat is equipped with comfortable seating, a sound system, shaded areas, and a large cooler for refreshments.
There is! We have a small restroom on board for your convenience, though we still recommend emptying the tank prior to your departure.
Miscellaneous
Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome on our charters. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can make necessary accommodations.
